Friday, May 8th, 2026 – 9:30 AM Wildflower & Bird Walk
Duration: 1-2 hours
Location: Beaver Meadow Wildlife Area (Quinte Conservation) – 158 County Road 11, Picton
Note: No parking fee but donations accepted
Saturday, May 9th, 2026 — 9 AM SSJI Event – Wildflower Walk
Duration: 2-3 hours
Location: Point Petre, Monarch Point Conservation Reserve. Meet at junction of County Road 24 and Army Reserve Road.

Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 — 9:30 AM Wildflower & Bird Walk
Duration: 2 -3 hours
Location: Vanderwater Conservation Area (Quinte Conservation), 512 Vanderwater Road, Thomasburg
Note: A parking pass or fee will be required
Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 — 8 AM Bird Walk with Dr. Keith Gregoire
Duration – 1 hour
Location – Meet at 25 Manley Drive, Point Anne, Belleville (old schoolhouse – residence of Dr. Gregoire)
Note: Bring scopes, binoculars (scopes can be stored at school house during walk)
There is no cost for any of these events. Participants are advised to wear appropriate footwear as muddy conditions may be encountered. Also be advised that poison ivy and ticks may be encountered. It is recommended that participants check themselves for ticks following these events.
