Waring’s Creek Improvement Association Fundraiser – July 26, 2025
WCIA has been forced to hire lawyers and specialists to defend its position that development in the headwaters should only occur in a sustainable way that is shown not to impact the hydrology and ecology of Waring’s Creek, or to put local wells at risk. Preparations are ongoing for the upcoming OLT on Loyalist Heights, and to date the PEC Council-required Cold Creek cumulative effects study has not been conducted.
